add booking, view, booking. Buttons at the bottom of the page are not formatted correctly - also cancel booking on those pages, and edit booking on bookings-list #19

updated issue to include cancel button and edit button on bookings-list which have the same problem

updates to fix sizes of all buttons - used rem so will grow and shrink button-link class is used for action buttons. - 7rem button-link-order is used for the order by buttons - 21rem width is 3x longer than button-link. also action buttons now all blue except for Reset filter where I couldn't see where the text is being set, it appears to be an input field. Cancel button on view-bookings is still not in the right place, but now it's the right size.
