This is in the requirements. Not sure what this means now that we have v0. Does this mean users can open a rejected booking and alter the details save it as a "Awaiting Approval" booking with the risk assessment approval removed? If yes then this would be on the bookings-list and the button to edit/resubmit should only appear on rejected bookings.
