Exported file not displaying data available on portal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exaple found C10 5 Elizabeth Street
2. Export normalised 2 minutes, interpolated missing values
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the exported data to reflect data available on portal. Portal data 
continues to the present, exported data continues until mid february.

Actually, looking at the exported data again, it's the data from the entire 
monitoring period! According to the portal, the gas sensor has not been working 
since we installed it, but the exported data shows that it has been working, 
perfectly. Infact, the missing parts of the data from the export are on the 
portal, and vice versa. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure what version, I'm running Win7.

please use raw values - interpolated missing values option is making it appear 
that there is data for a period where there is no data. possibly this option 
should check for consecutive sequence numbers.  

cannot reproduce problem though - the portal shows data for this node since mid 
- feb 2014.

believe that this was due to issue with excel. Marked as "invalid" since it is 
not a bug with the software.
