server page incorrectly displays nodes against old server #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect node up to server A; push
2. connect node up to server B; push
3. go to server status page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see node reporting as active only on server B but it also shows up as 
being on server A including its new active time.

e.g. 514 is shown as on salford11 which it was sometime ago whereas it is 
actually on salford31

These were generated by the network map code.
I have removed for the moment while we get a more sane network map.
Details of individual houses nodes can be found in the House Status page.
