What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cogent portal
2. House C4
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Server has not been turned off, but data ends 27th March.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Could this be a similar problem to Salford17?

Server has stopped communicating (via push script)

Restarted the Base Logging process / Rebuilt the Network
Data is now being collected and forwarded to the central server.
