Salford 15 will not update #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search portal for C1
2. Data is missing
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I updated the server on monday (7th April). The house has since appeared on the 
portal, indicating that the 3g is communicating. However, the dat has not 
updated and the data is missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This is extreamely worrying. Does the update not work?

The update script is working correctly. The problem is that the system is not 
actually collecting data. 

Telos Is in USB1 rather than USB0,  However restarting the baselogger / 
manually viewing serial on this port shows no packets arriving.

I have rebooted the server, to see if this makes any difference.

Checked server with:
* Reboot
* Restart Base logging / serial forwarder

Relflashing the base node has resolved the problem.
