Server status web page shows incorrect date as heading #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to server status page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shows old date. Should show today's date.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Removed testing code for yield reports. 
Awaiting deployment to cogentee.
