S3 pushing but no data on the portal #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.S3, address C9 
2. Last push today, last data yesterday.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Tied opening RPC, no response from the server

Managed to get on to the server so it's switched on, just very slow over 3g. 
Reflashed node with the new code, and restarted scripts, data only being 
collected by two nodes

The other nodes need to root through 41028 (Living Room) to reach the sink. As 
this node has not recovered the rest of the network is unable to. This node 
could have been switched off. If it has then 41028 needs turning back on, and 
all base nodes resetting.
