Sometimes uploads fail but the message isn't clear as to why - it seems like it's due to either large files, or slow internet, or both. The file that's uploaded ends up corrupt, the user gets the regular email with a link to the my job status page, which lists it as "done" but then shows the error:

Error: these 1 archives are corrupt:
(perhaps your folder has not finished syncing?)

I'm not sure if there's a way to fix this if the issue is slow internet, but I've been getting a fair number of these errors when uploading at the office and have been trying to get around it by making multiple smaller .zip files for noisy sites which usually helps
