Data processing error #116

job 596854 did not get processed, it got the error: Error: Error in sqliteSendQuery(con, statement, bind.data): rsqlite_query_send: could not execute: UNIQUE constraint failed: files.name

When there are automated processing errors - do you look at these or should I alert you when users ask about what to do?

I look at them regularly; most are due to bugs that have been fixed on the new server, but not yet on the old one. Users don't need to do anything about it - data they upload, even if it fails to process, will still be kept on the old server and will soon be synced to the new server where the job will be re-run.
