.sqlite tag database not loading to SGs #137

It seems that the .SQLite files that are available for users to load to SGs aren't working anymore. The tag files that are automatically included on the SGs are .csv files, so Dom has tried converting the SQLite files to .csv files and that seems to load and save on the SGs but it doesn't get displayed properly on the live feed.

Can you provide an example of a specific SG and a link to an .sqlite file that failed to work? Apart from possible bugs in generating the .sqlite DB, there are probably some SGs out there running quite old versions of the software from when only the .csv version of the database was supported.

Ivan Maggini had issues with the sqlite file for project 121: https://sensorgnome.org/download/121/ on SG- 1914BBBK0917, he was able to get the converted .csv file to work.
