gives:

Blandford should be 4002BBBK1530 until 2016-04-06T13-00-00, then switch to 1614BBBK1889.

Prospect is 4002BBBK1530 starting at 2016-04-08T17-00-00.

and

gives

MatthewsLake is 1954 the whole time. MiddleOhio is 1617 the whole time.
