changes to the tag finder have invalidated saved state for many receivers #88

this will be cleared automatically by the next full re-run, but in the meantime, it's probably best to delete all saved state anyway.

Verify that this:

is an instance of this problem, or file a real issue for it.

The batchState tables for all receivers were cleared today.

Rerunning SG-1814BBBK0674, boot session 12 confirms that the segfault above was due to incompatible saved state.
