put all data in first DOS partition

We want users to be able to easily grab data from their SD card, so:

enlarge the DOS partition so it occupies all but the last 2GB of the SD card
the last 2 GB will be the linux partition
create compressed downloadable image for 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 GB SD cards, rather than trying to enlarge / move partitions on a running SG
