[FEATURE] report insufficient space left as DOWNLOAD ERROR instead of SKIPPED BY CONFIG in download summary #105

Although technically correct, is not intuitive when the downloads are skipped because the current space left is less that configured.

I have seen a handful of times in the discord server people asking why CDL is skipping every link. They go back and forth with other users troubleshooting, checking config , etc.

Logs do show that they were skipped due to insufficient space but this request is just to make the problem obvious when looking at the download report.
