Is it possible to add a function like megabasterd to bypass the pixeldrain limitation by preparing a VPN list in advance and downloading from it? https://github.com/tonikelope/megabasterd

No. This is not something that we will implement. We don't want to cause unnecessary strain on the websites that we scrape from.
