The following information is displayed:

• button "Zurück" leads to #456
• button "Eingeladene Bewerber als PDF drucken" merges all applicant profiles (#458) in a pdf file and initiates the download of that file
• button "Einladungs-Mail an Eingeladene schicken (öffnet dein E-Mail-Programm)" is a mailto-link which adds "mitglieder@" as recipient and all invited applicants mail addresses to "bcc"
• button "Absage-Mail an Nicht-Eingeladene schicken" is a mailto-link which adds "mitglieder@" as recipient and all NOT invited applicants mail addresses to "bcc"
• information text: "Bitte wähle die Bewerber aus, die du zum Auswahlwochenende einladen möchtest. Alle Änderungen werden sofort gespeichert. Wenn du fertig bist, kannst du mit den obigen Buttons eine PDF-Datei zum Ausdrucken aller eingeladenen Bewerber (für das Auswahlwochenende) erstellen und eine Mail an alle ausgewählten Bewerber schicken. Wichtig: Alle Bewerber sollten von allen Bewertern bewertet worden sein. Da sich die Gesamtbewertung als Summe berechnet, hätte ein Bewerber sonst weniger Punkte. Es wurden 0 von 1 Bewerbern ausgewählt."

  • score "Gesamtbewertung" (sum of all scores from the evaluators for that applicant) and information on the different scores the applicant received from the evaluators (e.g. "alle 3" or "1 bis 3" or "1 bis 2")
  • count of scores the applicant received
  • availability for the interview weekend
  • availability for the ww
