Warn if Pygments isn't present. #36

It's still not obvious enough when pygments fails because pygments isn't installed. Should be easy enough to add in a nice message saying "oops, looks like you don't have pygments". Would need to check Windows compatibility though.

95% certain this hasn't gone and broken on Windows. If it suddently starts breaking for everyone, it's probably because of this,
