Create a specific folder for the User Defined Logic #5

Instead of follwing the logic created until now, create a folder for the use defined Logic where we can create whatever he/she wants in order to control (vm allocation, vm migration, inter vm communication, switch/link failover rules)

Maybe not. Think of the best way to give the user some space to defined the desired logic
