Those were the DLLs that got referenced when i created an Addin project from VS2010... Although I changed EnvDTE80 to EnvDTE100 and things still worked. I dunno, I think it's better with the VS2010 dlls,how about you?
I don't see a problem with isolating this to vs2010 (i think that's a pretty good idea anyway). I'll commit vs2010 paths.

Added a call to DTE to grab the current visual studio instance, then we can add the files to the project as they are created by SaveOutput
