Excessive load times after selecting multiple *.pack files in the Pack Browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "Add Packs".
2. Select all *.pack files and click "Open".
3. Select multiple (10+) *.pack files in the list at once.

What is the output?
The program will hang for an unreasonable amount of time, eventually resulting 
in an OutOfMemoryException if enough *.pack files are selected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No hangs or crashes.

This is apparently an issue where images are being copied for every single 
entry in the list.  Seems to be a bug with .NET.  Will figure out a better way 
to do this and have it fixed in the next update.
