Correct naming schema from upstream #38

Related to https://github.com/leap-stc/leap-data-management-utils/issues/26.

I believe that our naming schema is actually wrong! This might be a reason we miss instance ids where instance_id != member_id.

Either way this should be refactored to a source from upstream.
