Remove trailing whitespaces, removes also lines with just withspaces, and option to do this should exist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a java file with lines that has only whitespaces used to aling code for 
instance.
2. open Auto-convert option.
3. Select "Remove trailing whitespaces"
4. Save the file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lines with just whitespaces should be removed only if a new option "Remove all 
spaces not only trailing spaces" is selected. 

All my four spaces used to align my code disapear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Removing lines with spaces causes that my code be modified, then I would 
check-in to a repository, and it doesn't worth it. My partners would have 
conflicts just for an unnecesary change.
