"compare with clipboard" compare editor shows text in a different encoding as the original editor itself #69

Ich habe in einer Textdatei (CodePage: Windows 1252) habe ich drei Zeilen ins 
Clippboard gestellt und dann mit drei markierte Zeilen (selbe Datei) 
verglichen. In der Compare-Anzeige waren die Umlaute auf der Selection-Seite 
nicht korrekt dargestellt. In der Anlage findest Du die ScreenShots vom Compare 
und der Datei (zusammenkopiert).

Attached plugin build *could* fix the issue, but I didn't tried it out.

Hopefully fixed, see also commit bca6b0243c62.
2.4.2 contains this fix.
