Add padding to preference page tab conent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open eclipse preference
2. Navigate to General / Editors / AnyEdit Tools

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The padding on preference tab content should be wider, as others is. See 
attachment for detail.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.3 on Eclipse 4.2 x64 running on Windows 7.

The padding adds legibility.

And sorry that I don't know how to change the issue type from Defect to 
Enhancement.
