genre's with international characters cannot be selected #33

In the Fishbone web UI, selecting Random Playlist from the main menu brings
up the "Genres to include /exclude in the playlist:" page. However, any
genre with special charcters (e.g. Samba-Canção, Scène Française) are
deselected by default in both checkbox fields and cannot be selected.
