Include/exclude filtering on custom tags #38

I was wondering if it is possible to do include/exclude templates for other
fields (as you do with genre). I have been filling up my database with
moods, styles, and themes and would love to be able to experiment with them.

It should work functionally the same way... what I'm not sure about is how
the fact that it is a custom scan variable affects the difficulty.
