Mixers don't always seem to work #39

The LastFM Similar Artist mixer sound really exiting.
However it seems that somehow only a fraction of all the available mixers
seems to actually work. Meaning that they appear with a "mix" icon in the
lists.
In fact looking at the artist view, only the "random artist" mix seems to
work correctly. All the others don't. From playing around with it a little
bit, it seems as if not all "mixtypes" are recognized correctly. Especially
the "mode" and "menu" types don't seem to appear with an icon. Whereas the
"sql" types seem to work just fine.
I could manage to transform the "LastFM Similar Artists" mix to a "sql"
type with some modifications and then it worked correctly.

By the way, I'm running Slimserver 6.5.1 nightly.

The mixtypes menu and mode are on supported in the web interface they are only
available on the player interface.The mode mix type is still supported by 
adding a
mixurl which is the case for the TrackStat and Dynamic Playlist mixes. So the
TrackStat and DynamicPlaylist mixes actually work, but they appear as TS and PL
button instead of a "mix" button.
