I'd like to have a column with timestamps of the last skips as well #89

similar to the lastplayed column it would be nice to have a lastskipped
timestamp.

i am using trackstat and sql playlist to create some playlists based on the
time since last play, rating and a random factor. to get a balanced result
it would be nice to be able to know the skip date.
