Ultraslow timeout when connected through POUND (reverse proxy) #225

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile and install last stable version of shellinabox
2. Install pound and configure it to handle connections to 4200
3. Connect to your machine 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The normal timeout which is greater than 10-15 secs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Change or add "Timeout" to your /etc/pound/pound.cfg, in your backend 
configuration. Default is 15 seconds. I've changed it to 1800 seconds (30 
minutes) and my problems are solved.
