Schema

rename totalPaid -> volume
New ETHERC20SplitPayer entity
New DeployETHERC20SplitPayerEvent entity
New from property replaces/supplements caller

Logic

fix participant + wallet totalPaid amounts
mappings for SplitPayers
from/caller behavior. No longer using from value for caller

add linter rules + husky pre-commit
