After adding angle constraints, the drone orientation will stuck on certain value. #23

When hit the boundary, I will manually set the rpy-rate to zero. But now it seems that the rpy rate has kept to zero for a long time.

Problem: does not control the yaw angle of the robot.

Problem resolved: by enabling the angular velocity to adapt to a larger value.
