I added a function ``strain_rate`` for the cython class
CounterflowDiffusionFlame which computes the axial strain rates of a
counterflow diffusion flame.
The function creates the mean and maximum axial strain rates as well as the
strain rate at the stoichiometric surface. Additionally, the strain rates
corresponding to the potential flow boundary conditions of the fuel and
oxidizer inlets are computed.
