Add support for importing _includes files #57

This PR adds support for importing mdx and markdown files in an _includes directory without generating separate pages for those files.

This feature requires documentation.

Yeah. The other way creates a page for topics that can be imported in other topics. This approach lets you create smaller snippets that do not get their own page.
