Spring Vegetable Tempura
Flour, cornflour, salt, soda water and OSU Lemon & Ginger are whisked to make a thick batter. Then, slices of sweet potato, asparagus, tender stem broccoli, sugar snap peas and courgette are dipped into the tempura batter, before being fried to perfection. Finally, soy, sesame oil & OSU Lemon & Ginger are blended to create a delicious dipping sauce for the vegetable tempura pieces.
