Netflix > Fresh, fried and crispy E02, Hudson's restaurant, May river excursions

Large prawns, peeled, cleaned with a whole mill/corn mill breadcrumb
Lard / vegetable oil 180°C - 90 second fry
French baguet, soft (remove some of the bread to allow for more filling)
Dukes mayonnaise
Hudson's seasoning - hot salt (could be peri-peri salt)
Tomato
Cucumber pickled in brine with jalapenos and fresh garlic
Sliced lettuce
