Vayia Shrimp Pasta #383

Onion, garlic and spring onion fried
Whole cooked prawns (cook for just a few minutes)
Splash of cream and water from the pasta stir with the prawns for a few minutes stirring
Saffron soak for a few seconds
Tiny grating of Parmesan

Another variant with a slight twist, chopped shrimp rather than whole and tiny chilli pieces from Tambakio a restaurant in St Pauls Bay.
