Cheesy bolognese and red pesto potato bake #533

Ingredients

Method

  1. Fry off the onions, carrots and peppers until soft then add the garlic.
  2. Add your bacon and cook for a few minutes, then add the beef mince and cook until brown.
  3. Add the tomato purée, stock cube, herbs and passata and cook on a low heat for at least 30 min (longer the better).
  4. Meanwhile Mix the cubed potatoes with the seasonings and pesto and pop them in the air fryer/oven for 15-20 minutes on 220°C fan/200° air fryer.
  5. Top the Bolognese with the cooked potatoes and sprinkle with cheese, pop under the grill or in the oven until golden and bubbling.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
