Ingredients

190g pasta of your choice
100g tomatoes (diced)🍅
Some sundried tomatoes (diced)🍅
1 handful arugula salad 🥗
50g pine nuts (roasted)
3tbsp green pesto
Olive oil and some lemon juice 🫒🍋
paprika powder, some chilli flakes, dried oregano, salt and crushed pepper
1 burrata
