Add support for Visual Studio Preview Editions #105

TestDriven.Net currently won't install for Visual Studio Preview editions. Installer should detect and install for these versions.

I'm hoping they've stopped moving around and can be found in the following directory:

\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Preview\
