Investigate using <CommandName> rather than <CanonicalName> #93

At the moment TestDriven.Net's command names include the menu they appear on. 😢

Would using <CommandName> fix this?

Try using [ProvideAutoLoad(UIContextGuids80.CodeWindow)].
