hi, I'm working on revamping the home assistant integration and this was one reason the integration needed to maintain both the IP and Roku instance separately in its wrapper.

I know Home Assistant has moved on from this library, but I'm still getting it cleaned up anyway. @ctalkington a very belated thank you for the contribution!
