hi please help me with installing vikuit, google app engine says i need to authenticate it first, what and how will i authenticate please help

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open google app engine launcher
2. add exisitng project, add vikiut
3. deploy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it says that i need to authenticate it first

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows7 , phyton 2.7
