I can't find redis-watcher in javadoc.io and maven-central. But if they are uploaded, the badges will automatically update.

@hsluoyz I add secrets for semantic-release and codecov, and use OSSRH_USERNAME and OSSRH_PASSWORD in organization secrets. Please review and merge pr to build.

@hsluoyz not yet, it seems no relevant change, because I just modify the ci file.
