Docker image #23

Are you interested to implement "official" Docker image for this project? I would like to contribute this.

This will be great! I wanted to deploy the milter with a patched version of libspf2 ( dnssec and nos SPF dns query) and this will be a great way to keep it contained.

I've already done one implementation earlier. It will need syslog running inside container for proper logging. I will describe better in PR.
