RT bug: choice grace period? #1

Reaction times seem capped at 600ms. This might be a bug with how the choice state id is handled.

this happens because the end of the stimulus (state3) kicks into choice state (state6) unless hold fixation is on. We need a proper RT mode that lets the animal continue fixating for some amount of time before kicking into state6
