Hello,

I can not get this to work. Is anyone available to help me out?

I have added this as a plugin but I do not understand how to get it to work.

Ok, got it to work. Backend is working great. On the front end submission form, it does not work. Conditional Fields are all there. I have enqueued the script in my child theme functions but still not working as it should. Any ideas???
