A_flux not needed #42

This output doesn't get used, consider deleting

after further probing

A_flux should be equal to (and connected to) A_inter

this is the contact area between heat pipe and the PCM (or battery)

for the flat heat pipe, this area should be cell width (L_flux) * heat pipe width

in general we should probably check to make sure all the geometry variables are consistent and linked properly (not just a fluke that the default values are correct for the tests)
