Test for tibble then convert to data.frame

Direct write to one html file for github gist setting

remove warning of incomplete final line of visjs

Sort by secondary doesn't work as miscorpied in BP_JS_Writer

Add a security check on visjs using: source_url {devtools}

Add sort by module size then CCA
