Add 'timeline for current buffer' command #229

I was working based on https://github.com/jceb/vim-orgmode/blob/master/doc/orgguide.txt#L178. I'm pretty ignorant of org-mode, though, so I don't actually know how this feature should work; take this PR with a grain of salt.
